What is the difference between Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace?+
Zoho Mail is primarily a business email solution. Zoho Workplace adds a wider set of communication, file collaboration, meeting, and office applications such as Cliq, WorkDrive, Meeting, Writer, Sheet, and Show, depending on the selected edition.
Can we use our existing company domain?+
Yes. Your existing domain can normally be verified and connected by configuring the required DNS and mail records. Innovation Planet can handle the agreed verification, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work when DNS access is available.
Can Innovation Planet migrate our existing emails?+
Yes, when migration is technically feasible and included in the approved quotation. The exact method and included data depend on the source environment, permissions, data condition, and agreed scope.
How long does a Zoho email migration take?+
There is no reliable fixed duration without an assessment. Timing depends on user count, mailbox sizes, total volume, source performance, administrator permissions, connection speed, migration method, errors, and the cutover plan.

Paid editions support compatible access methods for supported clients and mobile devices. Available synchronization and app features depend on the plan, device, operating system, client version, and authentication method.
